There are 62 direct flights between Armidale and Sydney each week and a daily train service. Armidale is serviced by all major coach companies each day enroute to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The coast is only two hours away along the Waterfall Way, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in Australia.

  • Edwards Coaches provide urban transport within Armidale and to / from the University of New England. The transport fleet comprises of 5 and 6 star luxury coaches, high capacity (57 seat) coaches, and a range of smaller capacity vehicles, including a 21 seat coaster and well-appointed 25 seat Mercedes. In total, this fleet including school buses amounts to some fourty four vehicles. So if your team or group needs a bus, we can cater to your needs.
